WOWSOME WEDNESDAY

I know i haven't been actively updating my blog these days. No excuses, but i was just too busy with other things in life. But here's the most recent of all updates. Today, yes.

Darling Dee and I took a time off from work today and decided to spend the whole day together. So we had a few things planned out and also a few things spontaneously done too. In other words, it was a date. Hee~

As early as 9am, we met up and had a delightful breakfast at Delifrance. It never really crossed our minds that Delifrance actually serves good breakfast as compared to the McDonalds or the traditional Kopitiam menus. Boy, we sure did enjoy our servings of croissaint with tuna/egg mayo respectively. Must go again!


Later in the afternoon, we made our way all the way to town just to explore the newest shopping center that's there, the ION. The ION is so huge that one can get lost on the first trip there. So, both of us decided to walk around and ended up grabbing some stuff there too at Pull & Bear. Shopping siaaa! Haha.. Good thing i got my fashion advisor with me, none other then gf herself. Thanks Love for helping me get something that'll make me look good, or rather looks good on me. LOL!

Apart from all that, there's lotsa photo-snapping done while we're at it.


Soon we got tired of walking inside the massive ION, we went chillax-ing at Forum, Coffee Bean. But before that, we had a little fun over at the Toy 'R Us.


As we sat at Coffee Bean, we discussed on our next plan which was going to Marina Barrage. However, after much deliberation we settled on heading up to the Botanic Gardens instead since it was nearer. Upon reaching, we laid down the mat and settled down on the exact same spot where we first had our date there. Hehs..


Little did i know, Dee made it extra special by magically pulling out a small strawberry cupcake with a candle on it, from her bag just to celebrate our 17th monthsary. Tada! Awww..


So we sat there and had a heart to heart chat about any topic that we can come up with til we witnessed the sun set and the whole park dimmed down to the lights of the street lamps. But the day wasn't over yet for us. I decided to bring Dee for a last treat of the day at Demsey Hill which was just a stone's throw away. Yes, Ben & Jerry's where its at!


I sure had a super duper uber awesome time with Darling Dee today. I've never had this much sweetness in a day. I think i can get diabetic soon. Haha..

Lastly, this is the handmade card from Dee. 17th months and still rollin' like a rolla costa baybeh! If love was a rollercoaster ride, i would never get down from it til i die of nausea. Hehs. I shall not disclose the contents of the card for now. Hehheh..

I'm gonna keep it short and sharp.

First and foremost, wishing all my Muslim brothers and sisters around the world a Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Maaf Zahir Batin. May this year's Raya be a blessed one with mistakes forgiven, wrongs rectified and love shared and spread like butta on hot toast.

It's Ayah's birthday today. Happy 48th Birthday, Day! May you live long, blessed with good health and wealth. Present later later eh.. :)

Too bad i had to book in back to camp before 2359 last night.
